Marsa Alam is one of the newest Egypt resorts located on the Red Sea coast 130 km to the South from El Quseir. There are few hotels here and they are built far from each other. The beaches are close to hotels and well-equipped.
Outside the resort there are lots of “wild” beaches and untouched coral reefs. Actually the whole of the coastline here is a continuous stretch of coral reef. As the divers say the local sea fauna exceeds even the national sea reserve Ras Mohammed.
